These are 3/8" thick insoles made from our animal's fiber. They are an alpaca/merino blend for durability. You can cut these to provide a custom fit for your shoe. They are great for insulating your feet from the cold.

Size Small fits men's to size 7 and women's to size 8.
Size Medium fits men's size 7-13 and women's size 8-13.
Size Large fits men's size 13 and up.
